I own and operate a dog grooming business. The dog items are at a great price, when I give Christmas or birthday gifts. There are plenty other items offered that are great customer appreciation gifts or promotional giveaways. Everything I ordered so far, I have been very happy. I recommend to other small business owners.

I placed an order on the 1st of January. I was extremely excited because this distributor came highly recommended to me by a friend. After about a week of not hearing anything I reached out and someone got back to me and said my order was likely ship the week after. Fast forward to the week after that and it never shipped. Today I checked my account to see the status and Kole imports canceled my order entirely without any reason given! I can’t seem to get an answer from anybody and I’m extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving my products. I’d really appreciate it if somebody could reach out and rectify this issue.

My items were delivered in an unmarked…

My items were delivered in an unmarked box. Amen to that because I live in a building. Thank you for that. My items were bagged up nice and tidy. They smell so fresh and clean. Their storage area has to be well managed. I am missing something but I am sure it will be refunded it not available. I am rocking it this Summer with you. I hope this stuff works out. Thank You so much because I have a chance for Christmas sales.

Good distributor, big selection, good prices

I have used this distributor multiple times and the product has always come as described and in good condition. One time when I had an issue, it was a bit tough to get to the right person, but once I spoke with Michael Franco, he resolved and situated everything for me, helping with things he did not have to help with, and I remain a happy customer. Thank you.

Canceled my order for no reason

Extremely low quality

I have spent more than $400 on shower curtains and cleaning pads, I have tried to sent this order back them because all this is just garbage is useless not worth the money nevertheless impossible to resale this because it will hurt my business so badly, so I requested a RMA which is needed before hands they just sent me an email state if I wanted to returning which was my request. From order date to the time they responded they spend the time I had to return which was 14 days. Now I have to through out all this garbage for I paid $466.00
Please do not waste your money like me.

BAD COMPANY

Ths company bought a lot of craps from china.
sell to people wrong description Items.
They do not accept return unless you pay for the return. It is so funny. They do not care about the struggle poeple is to make money.

Good Variety, Poor Customer Service

I only buy from them due to their product variety. Their prices are definitely not the best, and their customer service is lacking.

I called yesterday during normal business hours to inquire about tracking for my September 19th order. Nobody even picked up, had to leave a voicemail. Today, I get an email saying that my order from a week ago is now FINALLY being shipped out.

This is ridiculous. They have recently began requiring a $250 minimum just to place an order on their site.

$250 minimum yet they can't have someone answer the phone.

$250 minimum yet they take a week to send out an order.

They say the minimum of $250 requirement allows them to "offer improved shipping options and faster delivery time".

It shouldn't cost $250 to pick, pack, and ship an order in a timely manner, people. It should be a service baseline to get orders out within a couple of days, not something you need to pay extra for. I get more and more disappointed with this place recently. Only reason I continue buying from them is because their product selection is good.

I really appreciate the fact that Kole…

I really appreciate the fact that Kole Imports would respond to my inquiries & they ship fast. I hope one day they would come back to the East Coast (not in Manhattan because NYC is chaotic). Why not try opening up another East Coast warehouse in New Jersey? NJ has been voted 2 years in a row for the best state to live in...in my neighborhood people are educated & most of the people earn $175K a year. Pls. consider this suggestion :)
