As for me, this software of service in general is a good option as for beginners or professionals. I firstly signed up to check analytics of different products and find trendy that will have great sales, but later realized that I can order directly from this website.

The easiest way to run business - with supply leader.
All started 5 month ago and I got positive experience starting with the first order and still continue getting it.
I think for now I've used all of their options, from brand customization to manual manufacturers search. The only way I didn't like was the waiting time of my requests. I thought they had special database and will response faster but the average response time was 2-3 days.
Anyway there are no alternatives to this service and I think they will become the best wholesale service!

5* reviews are all fake. This company is best for you to use if you live near China, because all the products they have is knockoff/counterfeit/fake/replica products produce from manufacturers in china/hong kong.

Most likely you used our Starter subscription plan, where we provide an access to a large database of manufacturers with the lowest prices, but we cannot guarantee their originality.
That's why we always recommend buying samples before purchasing a large quantity. Very often you can find quality suppliers at very low prices.
For the manual search of original US suppliers by our manager use Enterprise subscription plan.

They are scam please do not subscribe to their website.
I subscribed to their website, and they charged me $588 on 02/28/2025. When searching for products, they don’t show me the prices—they ask the seller instead. I sent a message to the seller, but nothing worked; it was just an automated response. After one day of subscription, I canceled my plan and opened a dispute with PayPal. Since then, they have never responded. Today, PayPal sent me an email saying they will close the dispute because the seller never replied

I have been asking for my refund for several days. No one replied to me. I canceled my subscription within 2 days of enrolling. I understand it takes one month, but I canceled on 01/29. I feel like it's a scam.

Basically Not legit. They basically sell their own stuff, not selling the brands that you might think of. They show you the brands you want to dream to get with that price, but will not happen because they do not exist. I have paid first month for membership and lost that money.
