This is the worst experience a parent or a student can ever experience. There is absolutely no customer service, if you have a problem no one answers your emails. They keep counting classes which we didn't take. They are just a punch of scammers. Classes material is very basic, you kids won't learn anything significant. If a teach is present they don't know how to speak english, they know nothing about coding.

would give negative stars if I could. We had a free session with them and decided not to go with them. However, they have been calling me for the last 12 months, about 10 to 20 times a day. Even after asking them to remove my number and blocking each number. Only if you like to be harassed, give them your number.

This company has been extremely disappointing. They are unreliable, their staff are impolite, and they completely ignore customer emails. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness makes for a very frustrating experience. I strongly advise others not to join their classes, as you may face the same poor treatment and lack of support.
I have been with BrightChamps since March 2024. Last year, my elder son enjoyed the finance lessons, but everything changed drastically. Since September 2024, two instructors have left, and my son was reassigned to a lady. However, she has been highly unprofessional—constantly changing schedules at the last moment, causing significant disruptions to my son’s learning. More concerning, she has been extremely impolite to both my wife and me, speaking in an authoritative tone and pressuring us to adjust schedules to her convenience. This is completely unacceptable.
On top of this, I have encountered serious technical issues with the app. The password reset function on both the app and website is not working. This as a critical bug that severely impacts user experience, making it highly inconvenient for parents. This issue should have been addressed immediately.
To make matters worse, I have repeatedly tried to contact support and even CEO of the company —via email, in-app messages, and even copying the CEO—but no one has responded. This level of service is unacceptable for a company that parents trust and pay for.
Therefore, I strongly advise others not to join their classes, as you may face the same poor treatment and lack of support.

I initially submitted a complaint here, hoping for a resolution, but the experience has only gotten worse.
After my complaint here, multiple representatives reached out, each claiming they wanted to “see how they could help.” They wrote long responses, but in reality, nothing changed. A week has passed, and I still have not received my refund. Their approach feels insincere and misleading—just empty words with no real action.
This entire process has been frustrating and disappointing. It seems like they only respond publicly to appear helpful, but behind the scenes, nothing is actually done. I do not trust this company anymore.
Would not recommend at all. Everything feels fake.

Scammed
I am deeply disappointed about the staff and the way this company is delivering the lessons also how it is managed. After taking our money out on the telephone explaining that if we were not happy at any point we would be refunded. We caught a ''proffesional'' teacher asking chat GPT what to teach to our son, so we immediately raised a ticket to get our money back. They refused to refund as they mentioned a 10 days policy they have but it was never mentioned to us, also as we were right on our complain, they agreed to refund the money if we gave them 1 more chance and we did. We were still not happy so she told us the refund would take up to 15 working days and they agreed to refund. Now they blocked us on messenger, not lessons delivered, no money back and no responsibility as they use their policy of 10 days to waive themselves for that poor service, but still are retaining our money with no reason. SCAMERS???
