The improvement my child had after joining this class had really surprised me. The tutor, Vinay Kumar Yadav was very cooperative and helped make her feel comfortable in class sessions. She started to show her interest in learning math much more.

Codeyoung is a disgraceful scam operation that preys on innocent customers! They deceive people with fake promises, hire completely incompetent teachers who can’t even assign correct coursework, and then rob you blind by refusing refunds. I attended only two classes and was willing to lose $199, yet they still refuse to return the remaining $500 of my $700 payment. Their sales team and so-called negotiators are nothing but cowards—ignoring my calls and vanishing the moment they get your money. This is outright fraud, and they should be shut down. Avoid Codeyoung like the plague unless you want to be scammed and cheated!”

Mere waste of time, I see no value and they make false promises and sending payments after signing up for classes and saying there are dues. Their support staff is making mistakes with the schedule and claiming payments after they make mistakes

My friend mentioned Codeyoung to me as her daughter's grades had significantly improved since getting Maths and English tuition.

I contacted the company, but initially the response from
the admin side was disappointing. It took a few weeks before someone contacted me to discuss a trial lesson.

I knew I wanted the same maths tutor that my friend had for her daughter, so I contacted him directly.

My son's preference was a male tutor, and that's exactly what he got. He's been working with Keshav Vig for a few months. I have nothing but praise for him. He's really formed an amazing bond with my son, whilst making the learning fun for him.

The work my son has to complete is all 6th grade US standard, from what I've seen, its a grest portal to learn maths, do the assigned homework.

We're blessed to have found such an amazing teacher in Keshav, and he knows he'll be tutoring my son until he's ready for college 😉

Now that we're in the system, contacting the admin team for rescheduling etc is a breeze. I get reminders on the day of the classes, which is helpful.

I'd highly recommend Codeyoung to anyone whoose kids needs extra help or just want to advance in their subjects.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I booked multiple subjects with this company, expecting a smooth online learning experience. Instead, it turned into a nightmare! Their policies are deceptive, their customer service is nonexistent, and they have zero accountability once they get your money.

They charge $12 per session, yet even when I canceled classes with prior notice, I lost my credits.
Customer service told me, "You can’t cancel; you have to reschedule." But guess what? There are no available slots! So I can’t cancel, I can’t reschedule, and I end up losing my money. How is this fair?
To reschedule a simple class, I had to waste over an hour talking to an automated bot—utterly frustrating!
I travel frequently for work and cannot expect my kids to navigate their terrible WhatsApp-only chat system for rescheduling.
REFUND SCAM
I requested a refund due to the inconvenient and misleading policies. They repeatedly assured me that someone from finance would call me back—but no one ever did. I've followed up for days with no resolution.

BAIT-AND-SWITCH TEACHERS
During the demo, they assigned a great teacher. That was the only reason I paid for 100+ classes. The moment I paid, they said the teacher left! Now, they keep reassigning teachers, making it impossible to have a consistent learning experience. This is a complete scam.

Their sales team makes big promises just to get your money, but the service is a complete disaster. If you’re considering this platform, RUN! I sincerely hope to find a lawyer to take legal action against them for misleading and cheating parents.

If anyone wants proof—emails, WhatsApp chats, and their fake promises—feel free to reach out to me. You can Google me: Pamela Banerjee, PMP on LinkedIn.

SHAME ON THEM for scamming parents and making education unnecessarily difficult.

It was really bad experience

It was really bad experience, I paused the course and they told me they will not charge for two months but they did. Even after cancellation they keep charging my card. Then I had to change my card .
Also didn’t get any help from technical support team during class time , 3 out of eight class missed just because of technical problem.

The sales people call you for free…0ry

The sales people call you for free trial. Then enroll you without explainingtheir ruthless ridiculous rules and agreement.
If you took less than the scheduled lessons, they ask you for an additional monthly payment. In my case 87.94.
Then if decide to cancel then service fee 199.00
When asked to explain they show their agreement.
Big scam. Don't join these guys. Waste of time and money.
No communication. Very shady tricky management. Very rude too.
They will ruin your life.

READ BEFORE YOU ENROLL

Pal Gudka tells me things I'm already doing and it's annoying and she is also on her phone all the time, I have taken Web Dev 1,2,3 and they were all pleasant experiences except for App Dev 1 (which is the one I'm taking) and it's by far the worst and easiest one. I am about to graduate codeyoung after 2 years and if you want to enroll your kid in codeyoung, DO NOT CHOOSE APP DEV.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with the Codeyoung team, including their support. Teachers are not monitoring student assignments or tracking progress on attempted work, leaving students without proper guidance. Additionally, the support team resolves tickets without actually answering the questions raised. It feels like a scam, as even the management team appears to be involved I tried reaching out to them but never received a response.
