Do know where to begin, if there was anymore stars i would rate these guys higher. What a friendly & professional service. The perfect way to go camping without the added stress of anything. Debbie & Paul were the perfect hosts & will definitely be using them again for future camping holidays. Nothing was too much trouble & they even helped the rest of our party who had awning & pegging issues, without a doubt 1000% recommend Pembrokeshire Caravan Hire for any camping trip.

I hired a caravan for a weekend, great service
I hired a caravan for a weekend away with the kids. Such a great service provided. We turned up and everything was ready to go, we didn’t have to do anything.
Then at the end of the weekend, they simply came and disconnected everything for us and towed the caravan away.
Definitely the easiest way to caravan.

We had a caravan delivered and set up for us, the process was very easy from beginning to end. There is an online video to help with using the caravan and Paul talked me through everything before they left. The caravan was extremely well shocked, we only has to take bedding and towels everything else was supplied and in very good condition. If you are looking to hire a touring caravan you won't do better than this company. Debbie and Paul are very professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

First class touring caravan hire experience
We rented a caravan for a weekend in February as a real test prior to a potential purpose. Paul and Debbie delivered the caravan and completely set it up for us as we closely observed and learned how its done properly. Definitely watch the very informative videos on their website first, but seeing them setting up the caravan on site was such a valuable learning experience.
This included safely unhitching, getting the caravan level, connecting power (gas and electricity) and mains water, connecting the waste water outlet and correctly preparing the toilet cassette (and a recap on how to empty/clean/re-install). Finally they attached and secured an awning for us. A first class service from them and an excellent insight for us!

5 star service all the way!
Debbie and Paul were extremely professional and very friendly indeed.
We found ourselves in bit of a predicament with a broken down Motorhome which needed to go into a garage for a few days.
They responded immediately to our plights and within two hours delivered a wonderful caravan to a named site. When the Motorhome wasn’t ready to be picked up, after a couple of days, they came back and moved us further up the coast to where we wanted to be next!
What service!
The caravan was of very good standard. Everything was there to make our stay a brilliant one.
All in all, 5 star service from beginning to the end. Thanks to Debbie and Paul for saving our holiday!.

What a lovely company, not only is the whole concept of having the caravan delivered and set up ready to move into at site amazing but their communication is fantastic.
From start to finish Debbie was brilliant and so, so helpful. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and every question I had was answered. The videos that were sent before we checked in were invaluable, the text messages to ask if everything was ok were well received and the communication after we had checked out and the deposit return was dealt with really quickly. The caravan and awning were fantastic and accommodated 5 of us easily and it made a huge difference with the upgrade in comfort levels from previous years of camping!
I have already booked again for next year and have recommended them to friends.
