The first and foremost thing is they are flexible and sweet people. I got my product delivery after two days of estimated time but the way they console me by the customer support center I really felt good then . Also, Every time they response on time and I can clear my confusion. If I talk about the collection of Cider this is Aweeeeesoooomeeee. And the quality is super super amazing. I highly recommend CIDER to my peers and family or also other people to shop from here . Finally, my last words is “You can trust CIDER blindly about quality and service.”

Horrific quality clothing & when returning, they don’t refund the full price of items, absolute scam! Joke of a company ripping people off like that. Will never purchase anything from here again & will be letting as many people as possible know about this experience. I can’t begin to describe how awful the standard & cheapness of the material of every single item was (8 ordered in total). DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The clothes are nice, however if your short the pants seem to never fit right despite have your measurements in the system. My last order was missing a redeemable item and I never received the item. I reached out to customer service. They were very nice and responsive. The item was out of stock so they are giving me the points back.

I used to shop with shine and honestly they aren’t true to mostly anything.
The clothes was always awful material as well it was waste of money I came across cider on instagram and ever since I’ve been shopping and loving all I buy for me and my teen daughter . So yes 10/10

Such a wonderful company

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. From clothing styles and quality to the clothing recycling program- they are hands down the best company I buy from. I just had a wonderful experience with exchanging sizes on an order that hadn’t shipped yet. So fast and easy and the person I talked with was very responsive.

Helpful customer service

I love all of the clothes I order from there. I have only ever had to use customer service once, it was for the wrong item being shipped. Customer service was very helpful. They were able to resolve the issue quickly.

I love Cider!

I was a little suspicious of Cider at first just because it was a store I’ve never heard of before. When I first bought clothes from them I was very impressed by how fast their shipping was and by the quality of their clothes. Cider’s customer service workers are very helpful and respectful. I will continue to buy clothing from Cider!

Their return service and refund process is very good

I ordered a shoe and it came large and I try to return but they give me store credit and also keep the product no one give that much good service I really appreciate it thanks
