We’re an Airbnb management company based in London. Our aim is to manage your Airbnb as a fully serviced accomodation. In other words, we do everything from taking professional pictures, to managing all guest enquiries 24/7. Like hotels, our managed properties are deep cleaned after each stay. In addition to this – the bed linens, towels, bath mats and kitchen cloths are also replaced. As a result, your property is always spotless for the next booking.

Mini Stay UK are agents for my London property & have been for the past 6 years. Tasha and her team are professional, highly motivated, reliable & honest. The return I get on the property is competitive together with timely payments & great communication. My retirement to Spain is made stress free knowing that my property is well managed & maintained. Highly recommended.

Great service! I never expected I would be able to earn as much as I did by letting Ministay UK manage my flat.
Lots of people stayed over during a 6 week period, and they were all very happy with the cleanliness of the flat, as well as responsiveness of the Ministay UK team.

Excellent service all round. Would thoroughly recommend. A go to destination if you want to have your air bnb managed. Nothing as efficient as this company.

I had the misfortune of staying in one of the properties that Mini Stay UK manage. After my trip, they claimed that I had broken the toilet seat (not true) and were requesting £130 for it. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with the owners of the property, who said that they weren't aware Mini Stay UK were requesting money from me via Airbnb - they had fixed the toilet seat for £20. They have asked MiniStayUK to drop this matter. The owner has informed me that this has led to cancel their agreement with them.
Mini Stay UK simply are not credible, and cannot be trusted in my experience. Airbnb are still (as of Dec 8) requesting that I pay £130.
I've currently (as of Dec 8) got a case open with Action Fraud for the police to investigate them, as I won't be surprised if this is not the first time they have tried to do this.

Brilliant & efficient. Natasha at Ministay was so helpful, always easy to contact. Really quick and efficient. Our place was rented out the whole time and we made really good money and it was well looked after. Thanks so much!
