The staff were friendly, informed, motivating, they took care welcoming the kids at the same time as ensuring their safety arriving and leaving the site. My child is not normally motivated at all at school but went to these beginner python sessions light of foot and open-minded each day. Obviously there's a lot of screen-time involved.

My son just attended his second holiday camp and absolutely loved it. The course seems so well structured with the right amount of freedom to be creative.

My own interactions with the staff is that
they are energetic, enthusiastic and super kind.

My son absolutely loved this week. Not only did he seem to have loads of fun but he has also learnt so much, we were really impressed. Thanks to Courtney and Nav!

My son has been to a few holiday camps now and has thoroughly enjoyed each one. The team are great and always make him feel welcome. He recently did the python summer camp at the Wimbledon centre and didn’t want it to end! Would recommend to anyone whose kids are into gaming/coding or looking to find out more about it.

Amazing and fun!

My son has thoroughly enjoyed his first term at CodeKids. He couldn't wait for his lesson each week, and cant wait to start the next course. The teachers are really engaged with the kids. They are patient, helpful and great at what they do. My son was so excited to receive a certificate today for completing his first course. Absolutely recommend CodeKids. We are so happy that we discovered them!

My kid loves these courses

My kid loves these courses. He's been going through them one by one. Always enthusiastic and asking for more. For me it is convenient as it is online and there's no need for transportation, scheduling pick up or drop offs etc. 9 years old and he loves coding :)

Great club, highly recommend

My son was due to attend the Code Kids holiday club the week before Christmas. Unfortunately he was unwell and could only attend 1 out of the 4 days I’d booked. Code Kids were really understanding and even issued a credit voucher for the days missed which I used to book days over the February half term. My son really enjoyed his time at Code Kids and I would highly recommend. Samia is very friendly and helpful and my son loved learning about coding, making video games and stop motion animations. Photos were uploaded to an app during the day and it was wonderful to be able to see what he’d been up to.

My daughter (8) and son (6) are both…

My daughter (8) and son (6) are both attending Ms Razak’s weekly Minecraft Coding club in Blackheath. Since joining, I have noticed that their relationship to Minecraft and games in general has changed. They seem more interested in creating their own worlds with their own rules and want to understand how things work behind the scenes. They like it so much they asked to join the code kids half-term sessions. It has been a very positive experience.

Fantastic, interactive half term camp

Fantastic half term camp, well organised and my son throughly enjoyed every day of it.
Here is his feedback:
Review by Ayden B Age 8
I loved this camp so much because it was fun, interactive and I designed Mars rovers and robots to stop floods during the Lego robotics day. I coded my own game, I designed a haunted Minecraft village for Halloween. The teachers were friendly and kind. I made a lot of friends and can’t wait to go again!

Well organised, educational and fun coding experience for children with Code Kids in Blackheath

We used Code Kids in Blackheath for the first time this October (2022) half term. I was first of all very impressed with the very clear description of classes and the choice of sessions on offer on the website. My son (9 years old) found Minecraft coding very interesting and was very keen to show us how to code (Halloween) pumpkins once he got back home. I felt this was the first time that we sent him to a Tech club and he actually learned something! Ms Razak was fantastic throughout, in communication, putting pictures on class dojo during the day (and setting it all up prior to my son attending) as well as with the follow up email afterwards. All in all, a well-organised, entertaining and learning experience for children. We look forward to going back in the future.

Excellent classes both face to face and online

My son has attended CodeKids classes for the past 5 years since he has a keen interest in computer software and gaming. He has attended classes both face to face and online which are delivered in a structured and engaging way. Staff are skilled, professional and most importantly very patient! The classes are giving him skills for the future which are rarely taught in school, despite every industry reliant on technology. I cannot recommend Codekids enough and look forward to booking future classes.
